I think NT can / should beat Alcorn St quickly and easily. The next round is tougher, but do-able. Last year I thought NT was banged up and had something of a motivation problem vs TxSt. After that, they were still injured a bit but did very well vs Virginia and should have won that. One of the Hoos had a great shooting night out of nowhere and NT didn’t have much other scoring aside from TP, who was wearing down.

I think NT has a good chance to go far, with two at home.

That said, are you buying Vegas tickets now, or nah?

Okay so North Texas will take on Oklahoma State. Counting only the last 20 years. Okie State went to the Final Four in 2004.

Wisconsin went in 2014, 2015 and finished a runner-up.

Oregon went to the Final Four in 2017.

This is a big opportunity for NT

note on the Oklahoma State matchup: They have played against the no-middle defense a ton. Shouldn’t be shocking for them
