I want him to stay, but… if he’s leaving, it’s better that he leaves now, right? This will give the rest of the team/coaches to practice w/out him. See who emerges and what the offense will look like post Gumms.

Man I’m disappointed by this but I get it. Wishing him well. Hopefully we can snag a replacement or two in the portal.
